Week 17 – My Inner Power

When I first started this course I had a few concerns. I wondered whether or not I could fully honor all the requirements and truly give it 100%; would I be able to use and apply the principles learnt in my life etc. Now I am in week 17 and loving every moment of it. The good, the great and the so called mistakes. I am truly grateful to be here flaws and all. There are areas that I still need to catch up on like the digital aspects of the course but I am certain that I will get on top of it. All is needed is some concentrated effort.

In the master key reading this week I made particular attention to this :

“The subconscious mind may be aroused and brought into action in any direction and made to serve us for any purpose, by concentration”

This made so much sense especially with some events that occurred to me lately. Almost 3 years ago when I made the decision to leave London, England and return to Trinidad where I grew up, I visited my former Secondary School and inquired about volunteering my teaching services. I had this burning desire to give back to a school that had previously served me. But unfortunately even though they were excited and accepting of the idea nothing ever materialized. A week ago I got a call from a past teacher who explained that a Mathematics teacher was unable to return this term and they needed help. So even though I now had my own establishment to run I still committed to volunteering my services a few days during the week.  I knew that deep down this was all due to me being focused in my daily sit and my DMP (Definite Major Purpose) manifesting. Talk about some powerful stuff.

And the greatest part of this story is that the students who are normally referred to as ‘challenging’ are so grateful and as a result hopeful to pass their up coming exams.

Loving this journey 🙂
